About our guest, Lindsay Schroeder

Lindsay Schroeder, is a Spiritual Wellness Mentor with the company Our & Are. She supports service based entrepreneurs & spiritually curious ladies in developing their intuition, aligning their mindset, and up-levelling their lives & businesses.

Her work specifically focuses on developing the intuition, connecting with the divine feminine, working with limiting beliefs/re-programming the subconscious and elevating one’s vibration. She works with energy healing, intuitive training, sound therapy, guided practices, embodiment, and so much more.

Lindsay is a light worker, Reiki Master, intuitive healer, & she is a passionate Divine Feminine practitioner. Her comprehensive approach to wellness & spiritual connection includes coaching, mindset work, connecting with the lunar phases, embodiment, busting limiting beliefs, manifestation, EFT, NLP, crystal work, healing circles, meditative practice, rituals creation, & much more. In healing her own life she found that she longed to share the practices that helped her release her childhood trauma, work through past relationship issues, develop deep self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-love. She is passionate about helping women become conscious creators of the life they truly desire. Her gifts flower through her main service styles: High Impact Energy Healing & Intensive Intuitive Training.
