Welcome to this another episode of The Corporate Escapists TV Show. We’ve reach 30 episodes on this channel so to celebrate I’m doing something a little different this week with a solo episode. I wanted to take this opportunity to share a little about my story and how I became a Corporate Escapists myself, had that led me to where I am today, and also how we are planning to expand the business to help more people and just make a bigger impact on the world.

Back in 2015 things started to unravel in my life, I was sick, I realised that my marriage of 8 years was toxic and that I didn’t know who I was or even what I wanted out of life.

As time went on, I made the decision to leave my marriage and started on my own personal development journey.  This is an ongoing journey and I’m loving every minute of it.

I discovered that I had defined myself to my job title and without working, I needed to rediscover who I was.  What lit me up and what I wanted. Not following any other pathway except for my own.  

I found my passion, helping people live their best life.  I was fortunate to work with an incredible mentor and the idea for The Corporate Escapists TV Show was born. I’ve been blessed to interview people all around the world who have followed their passion and willing to share their story.  

The Corporate Escapists Podcast continues to evolve and I am excited to share the next chapter which will include the launch of The Corporate Escapists Magazine, coming soon in June 2020.
