Why One Size Does Not Fit All with Alison Callan

Categories: Business, Podcast, TV Show

This week I am joined by the delightful Alison Callan.

About our guest, Alison

Alison Callan is a female entrepreneur who has been inspired in her new career direction thanks to her first year as a mum, when she was determined to not buy into the hype surrounding the stress of parenting, and instead consciously chose to create a positive mindset to help her overcome challenges. An empathic and heart-led purposeful Business Coach to aspiring and existing female entrepreneurs and career women, Alison started her own coaching business whilst on maternity leave and took it full time after accepting redundancy following the birth of her second child, grasping this opportunity to create a career path that felt authentic to her, that was truly satisfying and empowering, rather than sticking to the path she thought she ought to follow. She is passionate about sharing her experiences with mindfulness and conscious creation making it tangible and practical for inclusion in everybody’s lives, regardless of age and stage.

Her mission is to help and champion the introverted, empathic and intuitive women starting in business or taking their professions by storm, to ensure they step up to be seen, and heard. Having followed this authentic path herself, Alison has exceeded her own expectations, and is proudly an International Award Winning Coach, a Stevie’s Award winning Honouree, for Coach of the Year and Women Helping Women categories. Alison is a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a member of the Australian NLP Association, as well as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation. Alison is also the Creator and Author of the International #1 bestselling book ‘The Conscious You’.

About your host, Christine

Transition and Lifestyle Coach, Host of The Corporate Escapists TV Show & Podcast, Speaker & Educator. In a past life, I was a corporate queen, earning the big bucks & working my way up that ladder. From the outside, I had it all, but I felt completely dead inside. It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that I really discovered what was missing from my life. I realised I had no idea who I was.

What lit me up. What was setting my soul on fire? What was my passion in life? But after years of doing the inner work, I have rebuilt my life and now I want to help you do the same.
