EMBRACE PROACTIVE RESILIENCE

In this episode I’m speaking with LK Tommi about how you need to know yourself more as you mature. I can’t wait for you to hear their story and how they created an opportunity to teach young children how to close the experience loop and learn how to go through experiences with grace and ease.

Through her PACE Model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity & Engaging) this allows the brain to work through their experiences without the overwhelm.

ABOUT OUR GUEST, LK TOMMI

Hi am LK Tommi, The Resilience Tutor. I am an educator working in the field of education and psychology. I have a passion to transform the education experience for young people in relation to developing their wellbeing, resilience, social and emotional development. Young people get tutored when they have delayed academic skills, now your young person can get tutored for the social and emotional skills.

Working extensively with young people I have realised the importance of developing a proactive teaching method that truly engages young people in learning all about themselves. So when life’s challenges do appear, young people know exactly how to navigate and understand the value of the experience in their lives.

About your host, Christine

Transition and Lifestyle Coach, Host of The Corporate Escapists TV Show & Podcast, Speaker & Educator. In a past life, I was a corporate queen, earning the big bucks & working my way up that ladder. From the outside, I had it all, but I felt completely dead inside. It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that I really discovered what was missing from my life. I realised I had no idea who I was.

What lit me up. What was setting my soul on fire? What was my passion in life? But after years of doing the inner work, I have rebuilt my life and now I want to help you do the same.
