Thank you for joining us here at The Corporate Escapists. Please introduce yourself to our reader. They love to know about you, your passion, and how you came to find and follow your passion.

I write the books I wanted to have when I was a child. They are books that explain life’s deepest concepts in a clear and delightful way.

It surprises people that a Harvard grad most loves writing picture books. But what I love to do is extract the essence of complex topics so they can be simply understood and integrated joyfully.
Bob Proctor once quoted ‘To believe in the things you can see and touch is no belief at all. But to believe in the unseen is both a triumph and a blessing”. How important is it to you to have the belief within one’s self?

Our core being is infinitely wise and loving. The more we can become consciously aware of our wondrous essence, the more clearly we can appreciate life and all it has to offer.

One of my popular picture books is The Invisible Book. It demonstrates the many things we believe in that we cannot see or touch like time, our feelings, our thoughts, gravity…This helps us grasp more clearly that we too, in essence, are invisible spiritual beings as we can see the effects of all these intangible things in our lives without ever physically touching them as well.

Tell us what the word “Entrepreneur” means to you?

People who have businesses are entrepreneurs.
What has been one of the biggest business ideas you have had and how did you have the trust and hope within yourself to implement it?

I recognized that I am interested in the creative aspects of business so I work with other people who enjoy focusing on other aspects of the business. Do what you enjoy and you’ll never be wasting time at all, as you’ll enjoy the process!

Running your own business can be scary.  Success requires moments of trust and hope to push through to the next level. Tell us one of the moments you have had to push through to take your business to the next level?

I don’t like dealing with requesting payment, so I enlisted the help of others who enjoy dealing with that important part of running a business.
What is your favourite quote about inspiration?

It’s from the ancient Talmud: “Who is rich? Those who are happy with what they have.”
What advice would you give to anyone wanting to start their own business?

You can work endlessly on a business, and that can easily lead to burn-out. Do what you enjoy and if you ever find yourself feeling overworked and miserable, do something that helps your soul to shine instead.

Our purpose for being here is to experience gratitude. So whenever you are feeling empty inside, it’s a sign that you need to fill up on gratitude. That’s what brings lasting pleasure through running the challenges of running a new business – and throughout life.
