From the moment Snicker s and I walked into our penthouse, we were greeted with an elegant and warm environment designed to make both of us feel right at home. The apartment was huge, and the view of the beach was absolutely breathtaking. I had to pinch myself to believe it was real.
No expense had been spared—this five-star accommodation offered everything you could dream of. We had a private rooftop pool with stunning ocean views, creating the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Snickers was treated like royalty, with a cozy blanket, bed and a bowl filled with treats awaiting her, making Snickrs feel like a true VIP.
As I settled in, I couldn’t help but appreciate the small touches that made this stay feel so luxurious. Wi-fi inlcuded to allow me to stay connected to the business, the coffee machine with real coffee beans, and a fully stocked mini bar and fridge without the expensive prices all while soaking in the relaxation of a beautiful and spacious apartment.
Comfort and Convenience for the Entrepreneur and Their Pup
As a plus-size girl, I was beyond impressed with the bathroom. The spa was wider and deeper than typical, providing the perfect place to unwind after a busy day of work or beach walks. The shower was separate and incredibly spacious, which added to the overall sense of comfort. And let’s not forget the towels—luxurious bath sheets, not your typical hotel towels! It’s these little details that make all the difference. Oh and let me not forget their own signature scent, which I took home a candle so I can be taken back to my stay in an instance.
Location, Location, Location: Steps from the Beach
Location is key when it comes to a working weekend getaway, and this penthouse delivered. With the beach just steps away, Snickers and I took full advantage. On our first night, we strolled along the beachfront, enjoying the sound of the waves and the sunset. We even grabbed some of the most delicious teriyaki chicken from a nearby spot (japonaise kitchen), which rounded out our perfect evening.
Byron Bay’s main street is just a short walk from the apartment, offering a variety of boutique stores, fresh juice bars, and handmade jewelry shops. It’s the perfect blend of coastal relaxation and refined shopping, making it easy to take a break from work and enjoy some downtime.
Morning Routine: Poolside, Beach Walks, and Productivity
The next morning started off with a refreshing dip in our private rooftop pool, overlooking the vast ocean. This set the perfect tone for the day ahead.
I was then greated with the most delicious breakfast basket from The Luxyury Table .
Afterwards, Snickers and I ventured out for another walk along the beach, and to our delight, we found a designated dog-friendly area just to the left of the main beach. Pups could run off-leash, frolic in the waves, and enjoy the freedom to roam.
This routine—pool time, beach walks, and moments of focused work—created the ideal balance of relaxation and productivity. It was the perfect mix of a work-cation, where I could stay on top of my business needs while also enjoying quality time with Snickers.
