Richard Stafford – Seeking professional help is not a sign of weakness.

Categories: Body and Health
I’m the founder and CEO of an online therapy company that provides clients easy access to a diverse range of qualified and insured mental health professionals.

Thank you for joining us here at The Corporate Escapists. Please introduce yourself to our reader. They love to know about you, your passion, and how you came to find and follow your passion.

I believe that therapy is an important aspect of self-care. Seeking professional help is not a sign of weakness; rather, taking steps to improve your well-being is a sign of strength. So I founded an online therapy company that offers therapy for everybody.
Oprah once quoted ‘You are where you are in your life, based on what you believe. If you’re not looking at the shadows, what is subconsciously telling yourself you’re not good enough, not worthy enough, not smart enough…you’re not enough, you end up acting out of THAT belief system, and not of what you want to be the truest for yourself.””. How important is it to you to have the belief within ones self?

Self-belief is the most important factor in running a successful business while maintaining your health and well-being.
Tell us what the word “Entrepreneur” means to you?

How has the life of being an entrepreneur, changed you?

Share you thoughts on the importance of business owners to be a leader in their own life and ensure they have a work/life balance?

Business owners must establish boundaries around their work, such as when they will work and when they will take time off. That means being a leader in your life and preventing burnout by allowing time to recharge and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
What is your favourite quote about “following your dreams”?

What advice would you give to anyone wanting to start their own business?

Being “on” all of the time as a new business owner can lead to neglect of personal relationships, social isolation, and a lack of meaningful connections with others. Create and maintain social connections to improve your mental health. Make time to connect meaningfully with friends, family, and coworkers.
