Chantel Ryan – From Law To Health

Oprah once quoted ‘You’ve got to follow your passion – You’ve got to figure out what it is you love – who you really are. And have the courage to do that. I believe that the only courage anybody ever needs is the courage to follow your own dreams.” Please share, how you had the courage to follow your own dreams.

Tell us what the word “Entrepreneur” means to you?

What has been the biggest lesson you have learned from being an entrepreneur?

Trust your own instincts about all else.

Outsource anything you don’t love or you aren’t good at or want to learn- and do so sooner than you think you should.

Expect the unexpected, be flexible and prepared to pivot when needed

What inspired you to start your own business, and how did you go about identifying a need in the market that your business could address?

People are struggling with their health now more than ever yet are totally overwhelmed with conflicting information. I realised in a world full of excess, people need simplified and personalised health solutions, so The Minimalist Naturopath was born -empowering people to simplify, heal, & thrive.

What is your favourite quote about “following your dreams”?

oh hard to choose one .
“Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire.” — Jennifer Lee

What advice would you give to anyone wanting to start their own business?

Make sure it’s something you love or believe in. Be patient, be committed. Stick to your zone of genius and outsource the rest. Hire slow and fire fast. Network. Get support/advice from those who are where you want to be.
