I’m Chantel a Naturopath, Health Coach and Director of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society. I am also a toddler mum, dog mum and wife. I love reading, travelling, boxing and yoga . I strive for balance, but most of the time settle for some form of workable chaos.
My name is Chantel, I always wanted to be in health but hated chemistry so followed my love for legal shows to study law. I had a great legal career but felt the urge to do more to help people. I quit my legal job on a whim, went on holidays then circled back to my passion for natural health and became a naturopath!
Honestly, I just felt the calling to do more and trusted my instincts that in order to figure things out i had to take a leap. So i quit my law job on a whim. I had no idea what i was going to do but i just trusted life’s process. People thought i was crazy, not courageous. Truthfully I was probably a bit of both!
Entrepreneur to me means daring to walk your own path in business, doing things differently, following your passion, use your unique skills to create something meaningful to you that also serves others.
Trust your own instincts about all else.
Outsource anything you don’t love or you aren’t good at or want to learn- and do so sooner than you think you should.
Expect the unexpected, be flexible and prepared to pivot when needed
People are struggling with their health now more than ever yet are totally overwhelmed with conflicting information. I realised in a world full of excess, people need simplified and personalised health solutions, so The Minimalist Naturopath was born -empowering people to simplify, heal, & thrive.
oh hard to choose one .
